Article 1. Definitions
1.1 Hello Beautiful Style (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online shop offering new and reimagined clothing, footwear, accessories, and personal styling services. Our website is www.hellobeautiful.style.
1.2 These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our website and in-person sales.
1.3 Separate policies for consultations (online and face-to-face) are included below.
Article 2. Applicability
2.1 These Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through www.hellobeautiful.style.
2.2 By placing an order, you accept these Conditions.
2.3 Any deviations must be in writing. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in force.
Article 3. Agreements
3.1 An agreement is formed when you accept our offer on the website.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse orders or request additional information. If an order is not accepted, you will be informed as to why.
Article 4. Prices
4.1 Prices exclude delivery unless stated otherwise. The total price (including shipping) is shown before you place your order.
4.2 We are not bound by obvious pricing errors.
Article 5. Payments
5.1 Payment methods are specified during checkout. Orders may be subject to additional conditions.
5.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the total cost.
5.3 If payment is not received within the stated period, your order will be cancelled after a reminder.
5.4 Payments by bank transfer are dated as credited to our account.
5.5 All other payments are processed via MultiSafepay.
Article 6. Delivery
6.1 We aim to dispatch orders the same day where possible, but cannot guarantee this.
6.2 If your order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you within 7 business days. You may then cancel for a full refund.
6.3 Goods are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Article 7. Retention of Title
7.1 Ownership passes to you upon delivery.
Article 8. Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Your Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling Regulations & Consumer Contracts Regulations):
You have the legal right to cancel and return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. We offer an extended 30-day returns policy for your peace of mind.
8.1 How to Apply for a Refund or Return
Step 1: Notify Us
Email mel@hellobeautiful.style with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (optional).Step 2: Return the Item(s)
Send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt, in their original, unworn condition with labels attached and packaging undamaged.Returns address will be provided in your confirmation email.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email within 5 business days. Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days of confirmation.
Important:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (see 8.1.4 for details).
Return postage is at your cost and must be sufficiently stamped.
We are not responsible for lost returns—please use a tracked service where possible.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on books, underwear, earrings, make-up, or legwear unless faulty.
8.2 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us in advance with your order number. We will reserve your replacement item if in stock and dispatch it once your return is received and approved.
8.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at mel@hellobeautiful.style within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Article 9. Complaints
Please check your items upon receipt and notify us of any issues as soon as possible by emailing mel@hellobeautiful.style (Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm). We value customer service and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
Article 10. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please follow the returns process above.
Cancellations for services are covered in the consultation policy below. Gift vouchers are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase, unless required by law.
Article 11. Right of Withdrawal
11.1 Under UK law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. We offer a 30-day period for your convenience.
11.2 To withdraw, please notify us by email and return the item(s) as per our returns policy.
11.3 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return, provided all conditions are met.
Article 12. Orders & Communication
We are not responsible for issues arising from internet or communication errors unless caused by our deliberate misconduct.
Article 13. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel orders in cases of force majeure, with written notification.
Article 14. Applicable Law
These Conditions are governed by UK law.

Article 16. COVID-19 or other government enforced medical policies.
Government guidelines may override these policies, and appointments may be moved online or rescheduled as needed.
Article 17. Face-to-Face and Online Appointments
All consultation appointments are non-refundable unless cancelled by Hello Beautiful Style.
If we cancel, we will reschedule or refund you.
If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; otherwise, the fee is non-refundable.
If you do not book your purchased service within 3 months, it will be void and non-refundable.
Article 18. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
To redeem, email mel@hellobeautiful.style with your voucher code to book your service.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase, except where required by law. If you purchase a voucher online, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 1 week’s notice may result in the voucher being void.
Vouchers cannot be extended or exchanged for cash.
Please ensure you book and use your voucher within the validity period.
Article 19. Offers
Offers are valid for the time stated and must be booked and paid in advance. Standard cancellation terms apply.
